What is AVAR®?
Awareness-Vision-Action-Responsibility
AVAR® is a highly successful method of processing life information, emotions, thoughts, experiences, etc. in a positive and productive way that allows individuals to make real change and to ultimately fulfill the life of their dreams. It was developed by Randy Mitchell and is the cornerstone of all the programs RMC offers. It begins with Awareness - a journey to the core of who you fundamentally are, seeking to know your authentic self. It then expands your Vision of what is possible and assists you in formulating a plan of Action in regards to what it will take to accomplish your dreams while living an authentic life. And, finally it cycles with learning how to take Responsibility for all the outcomes in your life.
Nothing can change until we first become aware of how we have evolved into the person we are today. Those who achieve extraordinary results share a fundamental internal power - one of courage. The willingness to look deep within, to evaluate root values and beliefs, to take the blinders off and to breakthrough the limiting thoughts and habits that have kept them trapped.
We then must have the ability to visualize the vast possibilities that exist for us which is often deeply buried in the subconscious. In order to create the life we truly want we must be authentic and develop a powerful vision; one that energizes and motivates us. It is only when we are able to envision a totally clear picture of who we want to become - based on our truth - that we can begin to create the life of our dreams.
Bridging the gap from where we are today to where we want to be is one of the most critical steps. We must create an action plan based on our true strengths. Then we must learn how to utilize our thoughts and emotions effectively - creating a fine balance between the heart and the mind - which is the key to keeping our plan in motion.
Finally, we must hold ourselves accountable for ensuring that our thoughts and actions remain congruent with our core beliefs. We cannot blame our past for the results we are getting today. We must be willing to take responsibility for all the outcomes in our life and for continuing to grow and prosper within our core self.
